A meta-analysis by Holt-Lunstad et al. (2010) found that individuals with stronger social relationships had a 50% increased likelihood of survival compared to those with weaker ties​.

A New Opportunity to Thrive Together

We’re excited to invite you to become a founding member of The Vitality Club! In this early phase, we’re building both our membership and our ideas, creating a space where we can connect, learn, and grow together. During this phase, membership is completely free, with any future event fees determined based on specific costs.

Our vision is to host monthly to bi-monthly gatherings for groups of 12-20 women. These meet-ups will vary in time—some during the day, some in the evening—and take place in both indoor and outdoor settings. Each event will last approximately 2.5 hours and follow this proposed schedule:

  • Social / Connect (15-20 min): Meet new friends, connect, and share in an informal social atmosphere.

  • Learn (20-30 min): Engage in structured learning with presentations on topics chosen by our members, led by experts or passionate, skilled members.

  • Practice (20-30 min): Actively practice a skill in a creative and novel way, which may or may not be related to the learning session.

  • Social Nourishment (30-60 min): Come together to nourish our bodies with wholesome foods, snacks, and beverages.
